Armando G. Salgado, 63, of Williams, Arizona passed away on December 3, 2016 in Flagstaff, Arizona.He was born in Cochran, Texas on August 3, 1953.

Armando retired from the U.S. Army.He served in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Afghanistan and the Cold War.He was recipient of the Bronze Star and was involved in the American Legion in Phoenix.He was a welder and machinist and did wrought iron artwork as a hobby.

Armando is survived by his wife Petra B. Salgado and sons Armando Jr., Mario and Charley, six grand children and seven great grand-children.

Rosary will be held at St. Joseph Church in Williams on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 10:00 am followed by a funeral mass at 10:30.Burial is at 1:00 pm at the Arizona Veteran's Cemetery at Camp Navajo, 14317 Veterans Drive in Bellemont, Arizona.
