Bud Allen Woodruff passed away peacefully on February 3, 2024, in Phoenix AZ, surrounded by family. Bud was born on May 26, 1946, in Stockton, CA, to the late Edgar Woodruff and the late Tommie Woodruff (Dye).

Bud was raised between Arizona and California. He graduated from Coolidge High School in Arizona. After high school Bud worked in various field including a mechanic, steel erector and in Construction. Upon moving to Flagstaff, he met and married his wife Sandra Marlene Woodruff. Together, they started their construction business in Flagstaff, raised their two sons, enjoyed time with their seven grandchildren and embarked on many wonderful adventures throughout the years.

Bud was generous and always willing to lend a hand to someone if needed. His love for the outdoors was shared with many family members and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.

Bud was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Woodruff, his father Edgar Woodruff, mother Tommie Woodruff, and Brother Alby Woodruff. Bud is survived by, sons Jason (Heather) and Wade, grandchildren Dylan, Avery, Haylie, Carolina, Rhyannen, Ruby and Eldon, sister Anita Brownlee, Brother John Woodruff and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Bud will include a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 2nd, 2024, at Citizens Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the Oakmont (2380 N Oakmont Dr – Flagstaff, AZ 86004) from 12:00pm – 3:00pm.
