On December 15, 2022, our beloved Christopher Alan Simmons went home to be with Jesus, his Lord & Savior. Christopher was born April 9, 1963, in Bartlesville, OK to Bill & Sarah Simmons. On December 19, 1987, Christopher married his soulmate Vonda Karene Giffen. He later was blessed with two wonderful sons Dustin Michael (32) and David Jonathan (28). He was further blessed with a bright grandson, Noah Hudson (7), twin granddaughters Aaliyah Helen and our joyful Layla Ann (2).

Christopher is survived by his mother Sarah, wife Vonda Simmons, sons Dustin and David, sister Elaine (Darrell) Hale, brother Craig (Roselyn) Simmons, brother in-law Brian (Kathryn) Giffen, grandson Noah Hudson, granddaughter Layla Ann, and many nieces and nephews. Christopher is preceded in death by his father Bill Simmons and granddaughter Aaliyah Helen.

Chris was our strong, faithful, devoted anchor, a tree planted by the water. His quiet strength, sure integrity and dependability was our constant support. Though he was a man of few words, he spoke true & loved with his whole heart-for keeps. We all miss you so very much, Chris! Our lives are so much richer for being able to share the time with you!

Funeral service will be Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Global Alliance Ministries, 635 Elm Street Suite 13, Page, AZ 86040. Visitation will begin at 10:45 am with services to follow starting at 11:15 am.
