Danny Kellogg, AKA Bubba, took his final breath in the comfort of his home Friday, May 22, 2015. In his 61 years of life he maintained many close friendships that helped him become a positive presence in the lives of those that knew him. He loved and appreciated the people in his life, the rewards of his work and sharing his loud "full of life" belly laugh.

It is with great respect, pride, dignity and gratitude that he shared his life with those he came to know. In the last few weeks of our time together spirits were lifted with the love and laughter shared while stories were told about high school, H.S football, college, wild land firefighting and good times with a true friend. Danny will be respectfully remembered with much love as a husband, father, brother, wild land fire fighter and disabled veteran. He was a mentor and a hero to many.

Danny is survived by his wife Ivy Kellogg, children Sean Handy and Zack Kellogg, siblings Mary Kellogg, David Kellogg and Jim Kellogg.He is preceded in death by his parents and beloved dogs. To honor Danny's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be in October, after the completion of fire season.
