Jacob Michael Allen, 20, was born March 11, 1996 in Newport Beach, CA to his proud and loving mother, Kerry Allen.Jacob passed away unexpectedly on March 3, 2017 in Flagstaff, AZ.He graduated from Ponderosa High School.His passions were his family, friends, tattoos and skateboarding.Jacob is survived by his "Momma" Kerry Allen, 'Lil brother Joseph Guinn, Stepfather J.R. Flebotte, grandparents, an abundance of aunts, uncles, cousins and a community of friends.Jacob is preceded in death by his great grandparents and two wonderful friends.

All who knew and loved Jacob are welcome to attend his viewing, which will be held at Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, as well as the graveside service at Citizens Cemetery on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm.Jacob's "Momma" requests that all of his skateboarding friends ride their boards to the cemetery.
