Jackie Haley, 87, of Aztec, NM, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023.  She was born in Copeland, KS.

Jackie loved many forms of art including needlework, quilting, and painting.  She gardened and loved her flowers.  Jackie spent a lot of time with the Haley family camping, fishing and hunting.  One of her biggest accomplishments was helping build the family home.  Jake would line everything up in the evening and she would build until he and other family members joined after they got off of work.  She worked for the New Mexico School Foods Services from 1977 till retirement.  She belonged to the First Baptist Church until she moved to Arizona in 2014.

Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Jake, her son Tommy, mother, father, sister, and grandson.  She is survived by her children Janet Foust, Farmington, NM, Linda Jacobs, Meridian, ID, Henry Johnson, Phoenix, AZ, Debbie Valdez, Bloomfield, NM, Margaret (Tom) Mackin, Flagstaff, AZ, Connie (Anthony) Hopper, Chandler, AZ, Patti (Paul) Farina, Phoenix, AZ, brother Charles McIver and sister Margaret Eller, both of Spearman, TX, 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., January 10, 2024, at Memory Gardens, 6917 E. Main St., Farmington, NM, followed by a reception.
