Obituary

Scotty Ford will always be remembered as an exceptional and loving friend.His skills were unmatched as a master craftsman in natural wood works. His dedication led him to many unique projects around the world, including building tree houses in Costa Rica, being a lead carpenter in Antarctica, and projects in Hawaii. Scotty arrived in Flagstaff in 1988. Since then he has beautified local businesses such as Sue Bennett's Studio, Black Springs Ranch Bar & Grill, and downtown's Winter Sun.

He called himself not a Cowboy, but a Horseman. He proudly rode & cared for his horse Bunny for 25 years. Together winning First Place in the Fourth of July Parade.

On November 2, 2018 a committal service will be held at Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Camp Navajo at 12:30 pm. Following the service, please join us to remember and celebrate Scotty's life at the VFW on 409 W. Santa Fe Avenue, at 3:00 pm.
