JC (Jake) Haley, 92, of Aztec, NM went home to be with the Lord on May 3, 2016.He was born on February 11, 1924 in Tyler, TX.He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jackie Haley, 7 children, Janet (Ronald) Foust, Farmington, NM, Linda Jacobs, Merdian, ID, Debra Valdez, Bloomfield, NM, Henry Johnson, Glendale, AZ, Margaret (Tom) Mackin, Flagstaff, AZ, Connie (Anthony) Hopper, Chandler, AZ, Patti (Paul) Farina, Phoenix, AZ, 4 sisters, Eula Cutting, Spokane, WA, JoAnn Williams, Luther, OK, Loretta (Norman) Zahn, Mulberry, AR, Mary Pahler, Wilkes Barro, PA, 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his father, mother, brother, 2 sisters, first wife, 3 sons, 1 daughter and 1 grandson.Jake loved to be in the outdoors.He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, treasure hunting, sports and reading.He served in the Navy from 1941 – 1944 during WWII.He graduated from Amarillo High, TX and got his associates from Amarillo Junior College.He spent his early life as a mechanic and then was a carpenter the remainder of his working career.
