Larry Nez Brown, 42, of Flagstaff, died on February 14, 2011 in Flagstaff.He was born on March 5, 1968 at Grand Canyon, AZ to Gilbert Brown and Nellie Nez.Mr. Brown grew up in Flagstaff and attended public schools at South Beaver Elementary, Flagstaff Middle School and graduated from Flagstaff High School.He liked to go fishing and was very athletic and artistic.He loved being with his family and eating all the good cooking that was around him.

Mr. Brown is survived by mother, Nellie Moore, siblings, Carlos Nez, Wanda Nez and Elfreida Brown, children, Gilbert Ray Brown, Dalila Lynn Brown, Brandon Mathew Brown and one granddaughter.He is preceded in death by his father Gilbert Brown.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday February 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary 2545 N. Fourth St.Interment will follow at Citizens Cemetery 1300 S. San Francisco St.A reception in honor of Larry will be held at Mountaintop Assembly of God Church 1729 N. Main St. Flagstaff after cemetery services.
