Margaret Estrada Otero passed away on September 25, 2015 at Haven Health Facility in Flagstaff. She was 93.

Mrs. Otero was born February 22, 1922 in California. At the age of 5, she moved to Arizona. She later met and married Onofre Otero and resided in Williams for the remainder of her life. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Onofre Otero; her parents, Eluterio Estrada and Eustacia (Ramirez); her sisters, Lena "Lina", Maria and her brothers Francisco "Kiko", Faustino "Tino", Domingo "Mingo, Refugio "Cuco".She was a loving mother to her daughter Rosie Lugo and granddaughter Debra "Debbie".

Mrs. Otero is survived by her sister Juanita "Jenny" and grandchildren; Patricia (Herbert) Martinez, Winslow; Debra (Ruben) Calvillo, Williams; Margaret (Tim) Wise, Phoenix; Linda Lervik Quiroz , Oslo, Norway; Veronica (Ramon) Garcia, Flagstaff; Victor (Barbara) Quiroz Jr., Phoenix; Mario (Frances) Lugo, Flagstaff; and Carla (Tricia) Lugo, Flagstaff; 22 great-grandchildren, 23 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosary is scheduled for Wednesday the 30th at 10 a.m.Funeral services will be at 11 am at the Catholic Church St. Joseph Parish at 900 Grant St., followed by burial services at Williams Mountain View Cemetery.
