Sarah "Star" Begay, 61, of Flagstaff and Phoenix passed away on May 5, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona.She was born on March 31, 1955 in Bellemont, Arizona.
She is survived by her sisters Maryann Nez, Marylou Runningbear, Laura Cordova, Grace Kieyoni and Ella Jones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Kieyonnie Begay and Ruby Moore Jim, her step father Monte Jim, her brothers Stanley Begay, Earl Begay and Daniel Begay.
Services will be Friday, May 13, 2016 in Flagstaff at 10:00 am at the Flagstaff Indian Bible Church, 10 W. Cherry Avenue followed by burial at Citizens Cemetery, 1300 South San Francisco Street.
