On December 31, 2023, our beloved family member, Toby Russell Redding, went to be with our God in heaven.

Toby graduated Buena High School in Sierra Vista, AZ, in 1981.  He met the love of his life, Kathleen Fry, while in high school, but they didn't marry until many years later in 1992. Toby worked for Highlands Floor Coverings in Flagstaff for the last 22 years.

He had a love of plants and nature.  He enjoyed fishing and camping and spending time with his animals.  We will miss his generosity and humor.

Toby is preceded in death by David Redding (father) and Kathleen (Fry) Redding (wife).  He is survived by Sandra Redding (mother), Shannon Redding (daughter), Dustin Redding (son), Cleshia Johnson (stepdaughter), siblings (Susan Martin, Marilyn Pitts, Tyler Redding, Gail Olson, Bonnie Redding, Elizabeth Roeper and Larry Redding), grandchildren (Reilly and Luca).  Toby will be dearly missed by his friends and family.

A rosary service is being held at San Francisco de Asis Roman Catholic Church, 1600 E. Rt. 66, Flagstaff, AZ, on January 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. and a reception immediately after.  He will be laid to rest next to Kathleen in Sierra Vista, AZ.  In leu of flowers, we ask that you send live plants in remembrance of Toby's love for plants.
